WHEREAS child pornography, sex trafficking, sexual abuse and sexual exploitation are among the most barbaric and heinous crimes of all; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED the Wyoming Republican Party believes that the state, local, and federal governments, in prudent cooperation with international agencies, should work together to deter, detect, and prosecute those engaged in these crimes; and
BE IT RESOLVED that all offenders be prosecuted and shall serve their full sentence without parole.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Wyoming Republican Party supports the addition of aggravated felony penalties for those who commit these sexual crimes.
