Regarding Freedom to Prescribe & Fill

WHEREAS, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention mandated qualified licensed medical professionals could not prescribe certain legal medications without penalty; and,

WHEREAS, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention mandated pharmacies to not fill certain prescribed legal medications; now, therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED, a qualified licensed professional may prescribe any legal medication without restrictions; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, pharmacies may fill any legal prescribed medication without restrictions.
