WHEREAS, the President and the United States Congress and its members and staff, other federal government officials, and officials of the state of Wyoming, are exempted from many of the laws that Congress passes, which apply to the rest of the citizens; and
WHEREAS, those said officials are also American citizens and live in this great nation and represent her People; and
BE IT RESOLVED that all employees, contractors, elected or appointed officials of the United States and/or Wyoming including without limitation the President and the executive branch, the judicial branch and the United States Congress and its members and staff, along with the Governor of Wyoming, the Wyoming State Legislature, and staff members, be required to adhere to all laws and regulations that Congress and the Wyoming Legislature enact, and not be exempted from compliance.
