WHEREAS, the Wyoming Republican Party understands that municipalities in the state of Wyoming have public services proportionate to the size of the population. Any rapid influx of non-citizen immigrants who are totally dependent on public services would overburden both the personnel and financial resources of such a municipality. This situation would have a detrimental effect on the quality of life of citizens of any community; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that all municipalities in the State of Wyoming have the right and sole discretion to determine whether or not, and to what extent, they will accept illegal immigrants into their communities.
