Blood to Be Labeled by Vaccination Status

WHEREAS, that 53% of Wyoming residents have taken the 1st and 2nd COVID vaccine along with the boosters and 61% 0f Wyoming residents have taken the 1st dose only of the COVID vaccine; and,
WHEREAS, that extensive studies of the side effects of COVID vaccines have been done and show side effects in many individuals such as: Gillian-Barre Syndrome, Dementia, Blood clots, Myocarditis, Stroke, Pulmonary Embolism, Spontaneous Abortion, Male fertility issues, Pneumonia, COVID 19, Anxiety/Depression, Cancer (spike protein is a cancer promoter) , Multi-inflammatory response, and many more Disorders, to many to name; and,
WHEREAS, that current blood donations are unmarked and individuals receiving blood have no way of knowing if they would be exposed to blood containing COVID vaccine; and,
WHEREAS, that you have a greater than 50% chance of receiving COVID vaccinated blood; and,
WHEREAS, the human body has no way of breaking down the messenger RNA or spike protein and therefore the effects of transfusing blood from a patient that has had a COVID vaccine to others are unknown; now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that all blood donated from a person who has received a COVID vaccine be specifically labeled as such. Two products available: COVID vaccinated blood and unvaccinated blood; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that blood recipients who object to the COVID vaccine blood be allowed to receive non vaccinated blood; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that in an emergency situation, non-COVID vaccinated blood be given to the recipient needing blood.
