WHEREAS, there are more and more male, transgender, athletes entering the school female athletic sport programs; and
WHEREAS, if this trend continues male transgender athletes will seriously damage women’s athletic sport programs in the schools to the point they will have no meaning;
BE IT RESOLVED the Wyoming Republican Party encourages the Wyoming State Legislature to pass legislation that would prohibit transgender males from competing in school female athletic programs and the Governor of Wyoming sign into law such legislation.
