WHEREAS, the recent COVID-19 pandemic and other recent issues have brought to light weaknesses within the supply chain and energy production within the United States and Wyoming;
WHEREAS, energy and supply chain independence is essential for national and
economic security; therefore; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party encourages the United States and Wyoming governments to prioritize production of energy, goods, and services in the United States and the State of Wyoming by removing regulatory hurdles for local productions.
