WHEREAS, it will be decades for Wyoming to dig out of the economic, spiritual and mental health devastation currently occurring as a result of various statewide shutdowns; and
WHEREAS, Johns Hopkins’ study on the shutdowns demonstrated NO EFFECT on
the COVID-19 pandemic;
BE IT RESOLVED, that NOTHING shall be statewide mandated to be shut down in the free state of Wyoming, EVER again.
