Whereas, the risk to the environment, plant, animal and human health from geoengineering, chemical cloud creation (chem trails) and “climate change” has not been completely studied,
Whereas, it is well documented and observable that the United Nations, federal government and groups acting on the government or individual’s behalf, intentionally spraying chemicals into the atmosphere for experimentation, cloud seeding and intensity of sunlight,
Whereas, the federal government requires assessments and studies for all impactful environmental and conservation projects that may affect air, water, and soil quality and public health and safety,
Whereas, the metals that are proven to be part of the spray in the stratospheric aerosol injections include aluminum, strontium, barium, and manganese have been documented to be harmful to human, soil and plan life,
Whereas, there are no regulations, requirements, notification or licensing currently for these activities.
Be it Resolved, that all geoengineering or weather modification must cease and a complete independent study must be done on all aspects of weather modification and geoengineering projects.
