WHEREAS God created only two biological sexes, male and female; and,
WHEREAS minors can not consent for medical procedures and,
RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party demands that the State of Wyoming shall prohibit chemical castration, puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and genital mutilation surgery on all minor children for sex transition purposes. The aforementioned procedures shall be child abuse and punishable by law.
