WHEREAS, the Biden administration wants to require citizens to be vaccinated against COVID and/or be tested weekly as a condition of participating in public life;
WHEREAS, Article 1 Section 38 of the Wyoming Constitution protects the rights of each citizen, including the right to make his/her own health care decisions, and directs the State of Wyoming to protect those rights from undue government infringement;
WHEREAS, Governor Mark Gordon issued a directive banning vaccine passports in the State of Wyoming;
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party opposes any and all COVID vaccine and testing mandates, by both private and public entities, and supports legislative efforts to ban COVID vaccine mandates in Wyoming.
