In Support of the Current Composition of the United States Supreme Court

WHEREAS, there have been calls to expand the number of justices on the Supreme Court of the United States, some calling to increase the number from nine to 11, or 15, or even 59; and

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party supports the current SCOTUS membership of nine justices, and urges the Wyoming delegation to Washington, D.C. to vigorously oppose any and all efforts to increase SCOTUS membership.
