WHEREAS, because of the burdensome load on the average American taxpayer to continuously pay more and more of their personal earnings to pay income taxes,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Wyoming Republican Party supports a flat rate federal
Income tax and all people shall pay the same rate regardless of income, and that there shall be no other fees, taxes or monies levied against the people. This will stimulate the economy by allowing more money to be available to individuals.
