WHEREAS, the Wyoming Attorney General is currently an appointed position; and therefore not accountable to the people; and
WHEREAS, government works more effectively and efficiently when the people hold Wyoming officials accountable; and
BE IT RESOLVED, that the position of Wyoming Attorney General shall be an elected position.
