Bureaucrats can’t write law



WHEREAS, the legislature’s function is to write law; and


WHEREAS, unelected bureaucrats write rules and regulations that have the force of law; and WHEREAS, this in fact allows bureaucrats to write law; now, therefore, let it be


RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party will actively support changing any law that allows bureaucrats to write rules and regulations that have the force of law; and be it further


RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party will notify all bureaucrats that rules and regulations that have the force of law are opposed by the Wyoming Republican Party; and finally, let it be


RESOLVED, that the Wyoming Republican Party will support changes in existing laws that prohibit bureaucrats from writing law.
