WASHINGTON — Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel released the following statement after the Senate's vote to acquit the President:
"Today’s vote to acquit President Trump ends the latest political witch hunt, a dark moment in our nation’s history, that wasted millions of taxpayer dollars," said Chairwoman McDaniel. "Once again, Democrats have failed in their quest to erase the votes of 63 million Americans and destroy a duly-elected President. The American people won today, but they will not forget the division that Democrats brought upon our country for three years. This November, voters will hold Democrats accountable at the ballot box and vote to re-elect President Trump and Republicans across the board."
"The Wyoming Republican Party calls upon the State Legislature and the Governor to practice fiscal restraint, reign in spending and cut unnecessary budget items rather than increasing revenue streams."

“Government has three primary functions. It should provide for military defense of the nation. It should enforce contracts between individuals. It should protect citizens from crimes against themselves or their property. When government-- in pursuit of good intentions tries to rearrange the economy, legislate morality, or help special interests, the costs come in inefficiency, lack of motivation, and loss of freedom. Government should be a referee, not an active player.”
― Milton Friedman
The Wyoming Republican Party stands behind Donald Trump and his daily work to get the government back to its role as laid out by the Constitution.
Freedom to worship and exercise our religion is a fundamental right spelled out in Wyoming Republican Party platform (see Wyoming.gop Platform #5).
Policy and culture in our schools has been drifting away from it's successful origins for several decades. Our president has taken a position that restores rights and speaks a positive message into the anti-bullying campaign. The Wyoming Republican Party applauds President Trump for taking this position regarding prayer in schools.
From 2010 through 2019, U.S. households paid an average of $228,000 to Washington.
If you still had that money in your pocket how would you and your family spend it?
It's time to stop overspending both in Washington DC and Cheyenne
"Democrats are only in Iowa because they have to be. If they got their way, they would abolish the Electoral College and never set foot in our nation’s heartland again. If they did care about hardworking Americans, they would not be touting a radical, socialist agenda that threatens to undo all of the economic progress that has been made over the last three years. Their multi-trillion dollar policies stand in stark contrast to President Trump’s record of results for the American people. Voters will overwhelmingly choose his winning agenda in November."

Wyoming Republican Party Chairman Frank Eathorne cites some of President Trump’s accomplishments in 2019.
“Our national economy has never been stronger! Take a look at what our president has accomplished through the simple policy of cutting taxes, resulting in a natural stimulation of the private sector: record and near record highs and lows in the benchmark sectors.
Thank you President Trump for making the tough decisions and trusting the private sector to excel!”
The Wyoming Republican Party leadership gives high marks and praise to our national delegation. Senators Enzi and Barrasso along with congresswoman Cheney have joined an amicus brief in an attempt to bring the landmark Supreme Court decision Roe vs Wade back to the courts. In doing so Wyoming’ elected Republican delegation remains consistent in their support of a humans’ right to life, and stand with grassroots Wyomingites who have prioritized the value of life as the Republican parties number one plank (Platform).
Marti Halverson, Wyoming’s National Republican Committeewoman and president of Wyoming Right to Life applauds our delegation’s action. “We are hopeful that this brief, among the others filed on behalf of unborn children, will serve to impress upon the Supreme Court the rights of states to regulate medical aspects of abortion."
Thank you Senator Enzi, Senator Barrasso, and Congresswoman Cheney. We stand with you!
