CHEYENNE, WY - The Wyoming Republican Party’s State Central Committee conducted their quarterly meeting in Afton, Wyoming over the weekend. Chairman Eathorne called the meeting to order Saturday morning, September 8th, to discuss a busy agenda. One of the first items ad- dressed was the funding of Republican candidates including Republican gubernatorial nominee current State Treasurer Mark Gordon and nominee for state treasurer, Senator Curt Meier who were both in attendance.
Collectively, the State Central Committee allotted $99,000.00 for Re- publican candidates from across the state.
The State Central Committee members passed a pledge of unity to support those on the Republican ticket. This includes nominees for national office; Senator John Barasso and Representative Liz Cheney, as well as Republican nominees for state offices, Mark Gordon, Curt Meier, Kristi Racines, Jillian Balow and the rest of the down-ballot nominees.
Members of the SCC made financial commitments to Republican candidates and coalesced behind the Republican ticket.
The next meeting of the Wyoming GOP’s State Central Committee, which all Wyoming Republicans are invited to attend, will take place November 16 and 17 at the Holiday Inn in Sheridan, WY.
