The Committee on Arrangements for the 2020 Republican National Convention (COA) is looking for talented undergraduate students, law students, and military to serve as summer interns at our office in Charlotte, NC.
Internships are available within each of our departments:
EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATION COMMUNICATIONS COMMUNITY RELATIONS DELEGATE EXPERIENCE EXTERNAL AFFAIRS FINANCE HOTELS & VENUES IT LEGAL LOGISTCS FLOW & SIGNAGE MEDIA OPERATIONS OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OPERATIONS SECURITY SIGNATURE EVENTS TRANSPORTATION
Application Deadlines
Applications for the COA Summer Internship Program will be accepted through Friday, March 27, 2020. The COA Summer Internship Program is a structured, full-time, unpaid internship, and positions are limited. The Program will run from June 1, 2020 through August 28, 2020, dependent upon availability.
Application Requirements
Applicants for the COA Summer Internship Program must be enrolled in college, law school, or serving in the United. States Armed Forces to qualify. Applicants do not have to live in Charlotte, North Carolina to qualify. Dormitory style housing will be provided by the COA. Applicants will be required to submit an application, resume, and two letters of recommendation.
