Legislative Special Session

WHEREAS, during the recent special legislative session, specially called by the legislature itself in response to the call of the citizens of this state, the majority of both houses failed and refused to protect the citizens of the sovereign State of Wyoming from the patent, egregious, unlawful and unconstitutional tyranny of the national executive branch in the form of a forced (mandated) vaccination of free citizens; and

WHEREAS, these acts and omission of the majority of the member of the Wyoming State Legislature are in blatant disregard of their sworn duties under the Constitutions of the United States and the State of Wyoming to protect the lives, liberty, and property of the citizens of the sovereign State of Wyoming.

WHEREAS, a minority of legislators listened to the grassroots and fought against government overreach and tyranny. We are grateful to them for their efforts, and we will support their future legislation in regard to stopping forced mandates.

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Wyoming Republican Party strongly condemns the Republican legislators who voted against critical legislation concerning Covid 19 mandates. The people’s representatives failed to act to protect the people of Wyoming.

Passed:

Wyoming Republican Party, 21 Nov 13 SCC
