In Memoriam: Barry Peterson

We share the news, with sadness, that Barry Peterson of Newcastle recently passed away.  Barry’s commitment to service was borne out by military service in the Air Force and Wyoming National Guard, public service with the Wyoming Honor Conservation Camp in Newcastle, and as an Adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice for Eastern Wyoming College.  Barry was a life member of the American Legion, including time as Post #3 Commander.  Those in the Wyoming Republican Party enjoyed serving with him in his Weston County organization and the state Central and Executive Committees.  Barry was always engaged, thoughtful, and a source of great discussion, aiming for positive impacts.
