"I Am Charlie Kirk" (Sabrina Montano)

I am Charlie Kirk because my children need Charlie.

When Charlie started TPUSA, I was in College, in the depths of my own indoctrination experience. Despite coming from a Christian family, I went to public school. I was a good student, a better debater. I learned through teachers that my parents were wrong, Christianity is intolerant, and that "true socialism has never been tried" (among other lies). In 2012, I met my now husband, he introduced me to Charlie's organization. It was what I needed, a more apt debater than me. I was shaped by the thoughts of those teachers. I could out-debate my family, but not Charlie. That began an unraveling. I realized that I was danger-close to leftist ideals BECOMING my identity. When I boiled that off, I was left with my faith, my identity in Christ. That journey away from and back to God was painful. I have 3 boys, I owe it to them to embolden them in their faith. I came back from the brink, not everyone does. I lost my sister to suicide when her identity in a leftist world-view similarly unraveled. My kids deserve better. The world needs more Charlie's.

Seeing the turnout for this event with Charlie Kirk and Sabrina Montano is very encouraging. I took a lot of high-quality photos and videos of the speeches on my iPhone to share with my local political action group. Since the HEIC format isn't always compatible with our group’s email blast system and social media tools, I’ve been using Best Heic Convert Png to quickly turn those captures into high-quality PNGs. It makes organizing our grassroots digital materials so much more efficient!

Been trying out Nano Banana for AI image generation lately. You just describe what you want in plain text and it generates something — built on Gemini so the quality is decent. Handles a range of styles from realistic to anime. Useful for quick concept visuals without needing to set up anything locally.

Sabrina's story is incredibly powerful and hits close to home for many families dealing with the ideological shifts in modern education. It’s a testament to how crucial organizations like TPUSA are for young people today. I’ve actually been using MarkdownCo Pro to turn these inspiring stories from the Wyoming GOP site into organized PDFs to share with my local community group. It’s a great way to keep these testimonies formatted and professional for distribution!

Thank you Sabrina for sharing such a personal and heartbreaking journey. It really highlights the importance of grounding our children in faith. I drafted a summary of her key points in Markdown to include in our church's next parent resource guide. I used For Free Markdown Flow to quickly convert it into a Word document so I could print it out easily. Such a helpful free tool for sharing important messages like this one!
