"I Am Charlie Kirk" (Gabe Saint)

Since the spring semester of 2022, I have been president of the Turning Point USA at the University of Wyoming. For years, I have worked hard to recruit new members, empower conservative and Christian students to speak out, and inspire change at Wyoming’s lone university. Now, it is 2025, and TPUSA at UW is a powerhouse organization that has held record-breaking events and helped spur a number of changes at UW by engaging with community members through the art of dialogue.

My ability to have dialogue with folks of different backgrounds can be attributed to Charlie Kirk, who taught me how to speak to people with the heart of a Christian. Harmony with all Americans is the political end goal for Christians. That can only happen through dialogue. As president of TPUSA at UW, I will continue to foster rigorous and constructive debate on campus. Following Charlie’s example, I will fight harder than ever before to proclaim the Gospel of our Savior and King, Jesus Christ, and to restore America’s place in the world, a shining light on a hill. As Charlie lived every day, I will be unapologetic in the fact that I am an American and a Christian.
