Wyoming GOP State Central Committee Meets in Worland
WORLAND, WY - The Wyoming Republican Party Central Committee met in Worland, Washakie County Wyoming, September 12th. The events commenced September 11th with sub-committee meetings including an Executive meeting followed by a dinner that evening at the Green Hills Community Club. Veterans and First Responders were recognized on this anniversary of 911 Remembrance. Hollywood actress Wren Barnes was the keynote speaker. She shared her experiences, goals and successes. Ms. Barnes describes her work as an actress unwilling to compromise traditional family and biblical values in a (corrupt) harsh movie production setting.
The following day the 75 member state central committee met. Considering Candidate requests for campaign funding was the agenda item of priority. Voting members decided to award 14 Republican Legislative Candidates a campaign donation, the combination of which totaled over $20,000.
The committee also addressed efforts and strategies to ensure Republican wins up and down the ballot including candidate endorsements. Actions are being taken to conduct Poll watching, and assist neighboring states get out the vote for President Trump!
According to Wyoming Secretary of State records and press reports, a voting member of the State Central Committee provided financial support to Democrat candidates and was censured.
