Corey Steinmetz was elected by the Wyoming State Central Committee in June of 2019 to fill the vacancy in the office of National Committeeman. He was re-elected in 2020 by delegates from every county at the Republican State Convention.

Corey first registered as a Republican because as a fourth generation Wyomingite, he identified with Ronald Reagan who championed the values articulated in the long standing Platform of the Wyoming Republican Party. Corey is no stranger to the grass roots local level of the Republican Party as he was elected Precinct Committeeman for Lingle in 2012, Goshen County Chairman in 2014 and District 7 Representative for Goshen, Niobrara, Weston and Crook Counties in 2014 where he served until his election to National Committeeman.

Corey and his wife Cheri live North of Lingle on the family farm and have a daughter, son-in-law and two grandchildren. Corey chose to invest his life in the people and the State of Wyoming. He is a dedicated husband, father and grandfather. His commitment and loyalty to God, his family, his friends and his neighbors is well known in the community. His reputation for honesty, integrity and hard work is second to none.

As a business man who works to find win-win solutions everyday, Corey has much to offer as he serves Republicans across the State. He understands that returning to the roots of what made our Country a great Nation is the only way forward. He is serving as National Committee Man to advocate for Wyoming at every level because Corey knows when Republican values win, Wyoming wins. Learn more at
