LINCOLN COUNTY REPUBLICAN PARTY
2018 CAUCUS AND CONVENTION SCHEDULE
All precincts in District 1 (South Lincoln County -- including Kemmerer, Diamondville, Frontier, LaBarge, and Opal) will meet in the County Commissioners' Room in the Kemmerer Courthouse located at 925 Sage Avenue on Saturday, March 3 at 7:00 p.m. Mike Lundgren will chair the joint portions of the caucuses.
Precinct 2-9 (Cokeville) will meet at the Cokeville Town Hall located at 110 Pine Street on Wednesday, February 28 at 7:00 p.m. Taylor Allred will chair the entire meeting.
All Upper Valley Precincts 2-1, 2-2, 2-6, and 2-7 (Afton In, Afton Out, Grover/Auburn, Osmond/Fairview/Smoot) will meet at the Afton Civic Center located at 150 South Washington Street on Saturday, February 24 at 7:00 p.m. Barbara Sessions will chair the joint portions.
All Lower Valley Precincts 2-3, 2-4, 2-5, 2-8, and 2-10 (Alpine, Bedford, Etna/Freedom, Thayne, and Star Valley Ranch) will meet at the Star Valley Community Center located at 107736 U.S. Highway 89 in Etna on Saturday, March 3 at 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Dinner served at Caucus. Sue Abrams will chair the joint portions.
At the caucuses, each precinct will elect two residents from that precinct as delegates to the Lincoln County Republican Party Convention to be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the Afton Civic Center. Precincts 2-1 (Afton In), 2-7 (Osmond/Fairview/Smoot), and 2-10 (Star Valley Ranch) will each elect an additional two delegates to the County Convention for a total of four delegates each. These elected delegates are in addition to the precinct committee people, who are automatic delegates to the County Convention.
Alternate delegates up to the number of elected delegates in each precinct will also be elected.
In addition, delegates will be elected from each precinct to fill any vacancies in Precinct Committeemen and Committeewomen and to replace Precinct Committeemen and Committeewomen who will be unable to attend the County Convention.
Amendments to the State and Lincoln County Republican Party platforms and bylaws may be proposed and voted upon at the various caucuses. Discussions on resolutions will also occur and they may be added, modified, or deleted as agreed by vote of the caucuses. Amendments to the platform and bylaws and resolutions passed at the caucuses will be advanced to be presented at the County Convention.

At the County Convention, we will be electing 21 delegates to represent Lincoln County at the Wyoming Republican Party State Convention to be held in Laramie on Saturday, April 21, 2018. We will also be making state convention committee assignments.
